School Foundation / Governance
The entities of the Foundation are:

The Assembly of the Founding Members, made up of more than a hundred people and bodies (amongst which the Jewish Community) who provided the capital to set up the Foundation

The President, Karen Nahum

The Honorary President, Cobi Benatoff

The Past President, Marco Grego

The Vice-Presidents, Michel Cohen and Piergiorgio Segre

The Secretary, who performs administrative duties

The College of Auditors, which has the function of financial control of the Foundation and its balance sheet. The current College of Auditors holding office is made up of: Roberto Guetta, Enrico Vittorio Ottolenghi, Maurizio Salom

The Board of Directors, which is currently made up of: Cobi Benatoff, Cecilia Benatoff, Michel Cohen, Marco Grego, Dalia Gubbay, Dodi Hasbani, Guido Jarach, Karen Nahum, Michele Sciama, Piergiorgio Segre, Simone Sinai, Sara Tedeschi Blei.
The Board meets monthly to share the work of everyone and carry out Fund Raising activities thanks to the work of six Committees, each with specific objectives and all aimed at efficient fund raising:

  • The Fundraising Committee is responsible for planning and implementing the fund-raising programme and directs the attention of the Board to the Mission of the Foundation School performing analyses and fund raising strategies. Members: Cecilia Benatoff, Cobi Benatoff, Dodi Hasbani 
  • The Communication Committee is responsible for the coordinated image and all the communication channels for the Foundation School. It makes use of external consultants for for designing and realizing this. Members: Sara Tedeschi Blei, Guido Jarach, Michele Sciama 
  • Events Committee: the organisation of Foundation School events is long and articulated organisational work that is performed in close contact with all the other committees. Members: Dalia Gubbay, Stella Hassan (already councillor), Antonella Jarach (already councillor), Michele Sciama 
  • CEM/Projects Relationship Committee. The Board of the Foundation each year chooses the projects to support which must meet the pre-established requirements and guarantee continuity for the growth and improvement of the Institute. All this is done in accordance with the Community, whom the Committee meets each month. Members: Cobi Benatoff, Michel Cohen, Marco Grego, Dalia Gubbay, Daniela Ovadia (already councillor) 
  • The Finance Committee is responsible for the management of the patrimony of the Foundation School with the objective of maintaining it over time and generating income to be assigned to several projects. Members: Marco Grego, Dodi Hasbani, Piergiorgio Segre, Simone Sinai
  • General Affairs. Balance sheet, management control, administration and the secretary of the Foundation School. Members: Michele Sciama, Simone Sinai
